Create a set of artistically designed cookies, while learning bakery industry standards and art design tips.

Impress your friends and family as you master the popular skill of designer cookie sets!

In this class, we will cover:

1. basic cookie baking tips (cookies are pre-baked for you)

2. royal icing tips and consistencies (icing is pre-colored for you)

3. outlining and flooding cookies

4. different decoration and design techniques unique to each class

5. detail work like writing or linework

Convenience:

1. All classes taught by a professional instructor and cookie designer.

2. All materials are provided and set up for you, and your instructor does all the clean up.

3. Step-by-step, patient instruction with all questions answered.

4. Every class is formulated for beginners.

Clothing:

1. Please wear appropriate clothing that can get paint/icing on it. There is a possibility that your clothing or personal items may be stained if materials get on them.

Food and Drink:

1. Please arrive 15 minutes early to order food and drinks.

Cost:

1. $55 per person, with an optional $20 “helper ticket” option (for those who want to help but don’t want materials)
