Creating your own starter can often end in failure for many new bakers, as well take you up to 14 days to start from scratch.

With our kit, you can begin baking sourdough products the same day or the next day!

The thorough instructions will prepare you to maintain your culture for the long term, making it that much easier to continue making delicious bakes for your favorite people.

Each kit includes:

• your choice of two containers of sourdough starter (liquid, frozen, air-dried, freeze-dried)

• detailed instructions to use and maintain the starters

• links to tools and beginner recipes

• cheesecloth and rubberbands for starter coverings

• 2 containers of weighed flour and water (if local) in case you do not have a food scale upon receipt

• email address to send questions as you use your starter
